The insurance repair process works as follows:

After your motorcycle arrives at CycleFinish. we inspect all crash damage and write a detailed repair estimate covering all the damage that occurred.

Once the estimate is complete, we contact your insurance company and inform them that we have your estimate ready. At this point the insurance company will send an adjuster to our shop to go over the estimate with us and compare the damage listed in the estimate with the damage on the motorcycle.
