As a business Autonet are continuing to grow year on year and as a result Penny has been appointed the Director of HR for the company bringing an abundance of experience with her.

Working within the insurance industry for over 25 years Penny has worked for Carole Nash Insurance Consultants as the Head of HR, prior to that she was at Independent Insurance and Commercial Union (now part of Aviva). Penny will lead the HR and Learning Development teams.
