From our own agents, Arizona health insurance plans are available from Assurant Health, Golden Rule, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. We are also still offering dental insurance in Arizona.
Affordable Washington health insurance is available from Regence Blue Shield, LifeWise of Washington, Group Health Washington. and temporary health insurance from Assurant Health. Please note that in Washington State, due to changes in health care laws, children under the age of 19 are only eligible to apply for coverage during open enrollment periods from November 1- to December 15th each year. The Office of the Insurance Commissioner has recently issued another open enrollment period for children in Washington from March 15th to April 30th.
