The Group Gratuity cum Term Assurance plan is designed to allow the members to fund their gratuity obligation in a convenient manner and also enjoy tax benefits. All the employees above the age of 18 are eligible for this plan. The frequency of contribution can be made quarterly, half-yearly or yearly.
